This Agreement applies to all users operating as franchise/authorized persons under VIBE (Vivah Integrated Business Enterprise).
1. Status of User
The User is an authorized operator only and not the owner of the business. All rights, control, and ownership remain solely with the Company.
2. Ownership of Data & Clients
- All clients, leads, and records are the exclusive property of the Company
- The User has no ownership rights over any data
3. Data Usage Restriction
The User shall:
- Use data only within the Company system
- Not copy, store, or create any personal database
- Not use data for personal or external business
4. Strict Non-Disclosure
The User shall not:
- Share any data with third parties
- Transfer or publish any information
- Take clients outside the Company system
This obligation continues even after exit.
5. Payment & Business Control
- All transactions shall be as per Company rules
- Direct dealing or personal payment collection is strictly prohibited
6. Brand Usage
- The User shall use Company branding only as authorized
- No modification, misuse, or false representation is allowed
7. Monitoring & Control
The Company reserves the right to:
- Monitor all activities
- Access and review data
- Take necessary action
8. Prohibited Activities
- Creating unauthorized WhatsApp/Telegram groups
- Handling clients outside the system
- Misusing Company data
9. Breach & Action
Any violation shall result in:
- Immediate suspension/termination
- Financial liability
- Legal action
10. Termination
The Company may terminate access at any time without prior notice in case of violation or risk.
11. Post-Exit Obligation
- No data retention allowed
- No client contact allowed
- Confidentiality remains lifetime
12. Legal Applicability
This Agreement shall be governed under:
- Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023
13. Acceptance
By using the application, the User agrees to all terms and accepts full legal responsibility.
